City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 Off Road Driver Assessment
Assessment
The assessment for the City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 Off Road Driver takes place over two to three hours per individual and encompasses the following units as covered by our two day training course found here.
Unit 1: Pre-use safety – Off Road vehicles (compulsory).
Unit 2: Drive Vehicle in Off Road Conditions (compulsory).
Unit 4: Use of Vehicle winches (optional).
The qualification will be endorsed either:
A: Including Winching (must achieve all assessment activities in units 1,2 and 4)
Certification
Participants will receive a certificate of completion for successfully finishing this course if all assessment criteria are met.
Duration
One half day, usually 2 -3 hours per individual.

Additional Information
Participants or companies need to provide their own vehicles, ideally those that will be used in the workplace or your regular off road vehicle.
NOTE: Participants must also bring their valid driver's licence and copy of their current driver's abstract.
